Not worth it

Followed every direction step by step and kept getting line caught in the bobbin area. It would create huge knots and I would carefully remove it. After removing it and trying to run it again the same thing would happen. I tried all the fixes and absolutely nothing would work. Don’t recommend

This company is awesome & this machine is a beast. It is sleek and not too bulky, easy to move from room to room. Threading the machine is tricky sometimes depending on thread but overall easy. Comes with everything you need to start right out of the box. Compared to other machines this 2in1 is the best price! The customer service is awesome & the facebook group is also amazing. So happy i went with this company. Very nice and will fix any problem quickly without making you feel dumb. 10/10. Will purchase more machines in the future when i’m ready to upgrade.

Good until it’s not…

I really wanted to love this machine. It was nearly perfect. It was so easy to use, I love the computerized screen, the embroidery part was a pinch harder than the sewing part… but it was easy. The reason I have two stars is because I hadn’t had the machine for even 30 days before it started dumping thread into the machine and the fabric was getting stuck. I took it apart 20 times to remove the thread buildup and ripped my fabric etc, only to clean it and put it back together and it do the same thing. Troubleshooting on Amazon and ChatGPT didn’t solve the issue. So ultimately had to return.
