So the Poolergetic Infrared Sauna Blanket has been my go-to way to get warm and relax my body after a long day. I originally ordered it to help with weight loss and a full body detox, and I'm sure it is doing that as well, but I consciously use it to simply relax. It gets hot for sure! I don't use it on the highest heat setting because I easily start to sweat well before that. I like that I can still use my arms to be on my phone, use the remote for my t.v or to take a drink, etc. I would say that this at-home sauna does exactly what it says it does. I would buy this again and I would recommend this to anyone looking for an easy to use, reliable, at-home sauna! ... show more

I have been wanting to try out one of these because i see JP on the YouTube channel awaken with JP talk about them often. We’ve been very busy lately so ive only got to use it twice. Both times were so relaxing. I even feel asleep. At first i was hot and not sure i was going to like it but moments later the relaxation kicked in and i was more relaxed and comfy than ive been in a long time.
