This table and chairs are very good quality and look nice on our condo balcony. Description is a little misleading - we were looking for a counter height table and thought the measurements were for the table. The table is 29 inches in height and the chair backs reach the 34 inches making it a standard table height. Very poor quality control. Had to replace one of the items. Customer support was helpful though. I would not expect the issues I had for a product with high price. Ordered multiple items, all of them had quality control problems and defects. Otherwise, solid piece.

A part or piece of a chair from Pollywood was installed wrong. I have tried to get the problem solved through the process. I have sent a picture of problem but it's like they don't know what the issue is. BS. When you have curved chairs and one slat or rung is straight what do you do? We have four chairs and three of the four are the way they should be. One of the four is flawed. Pollywood was willing to allow a return of our entire 5 piece dining set, 4 chairs and table. That's nice that no questions asked for us to return the set. We waited for over a month to receive our order and since it was just one piece of the chair we chose to ask for the part thus me repairing the problem and no shipping cost to Polywood. As a third party to Amazon it complicates the process. Am still waiting to get resolve after 10 days. ... show more
