I got this for work, I work from home, I use it daily. It worked for a while, really well. I bought it in Jan 2024, it is now May and it constantly doesn’t work. I can make calls, but they can’t hear me talk. I turn off and turn it on, it says it’s connected, but people can’t hear me talk. Super frustrating considering what I paid for it. Absolutely happy with this headset! Plug and play works as designed. I appreciate that the brand has an app that allows me to control the settings from my mobile device. My only complaint is that my ears are a little sore from wearing 8 hours over the course of a work day but I tend to have that problem with other headsets I've used as well. I would suggest bending the mouth piece closer to your mouth / not too close because if not you’ll sound very far away.

I like that I can get up and walk around while I’m on a call. The people on the other end say I sound. I like I speak much quieter now but is still easily heard. Sound quality is very good. Bought the stand which is a charger. Battery life is good but I’m not on it all day. Very comfortable for longer calls but I wonder if I could wear this all day. I just don’t know that one, but if I had to be on a really long call I’d be happy knowing I had this. ... show more
