I read all the comments, including the ones saying this chair was too small for them. I went back-and-forth, considering the cost, as well, especially for the leather version. I examined the dimensions given. Then, I decided to give it a go, and I'm glad I did. While this chair might not be great for someone who is, shall we say, less-than-fit, I am of "normal" build - 5'11" and 180 pounds - and this chair is great for me. Comfortable, good-looking, and sturdy. I was hesitant about ordering online when never even seeing it in person. Somehow I ended up ordering 2. Boy am I glad I did. The chairs are well made and sturdy. They came well package and no assembly needed. Leather is top grain (real leather). Wood is real hardwood. For $600 these are a bargain. I looked at similar chairs at Pottery Barn and West Elm and those go for $1000-$1400. If you are on the fence about these just get them. ... show more

This is a great leather chair for the price. I’ve seen similar items at in-person furniture stores selling for up to a thousand. The wood is also heavy and feels solid. The packaging was phenomenal (and I think that says something about the company’s commitment to bringing you a quality product). I bought two chairs and the leather color is not 100% the same as this is aniline leather, which shows the unique quality of each animal the leather came from. I am extremely happy with this chair. The leather is soft and beautiful. It has a gray undertone which gives it a nice texture. It’s comfortable and deep seated. it’s somewhat low to the ground and a smaller scale which is perfect for my tiny space. It gives a good balance to the room. This is an attractive chair. The leather is comfortable and soft. The wood is solid and scuff free. There are always unknowns when ordering online, but I am not disappointed at all, instead, very impressed. It is a sophisticated looking chair. Would easily be over $1000 at West Elm.

I ordered this chair and accidentally shipped it to my daughter’s college address. I immediately tried to cancel it or change the shipping address and I couldn’t they wouldn’t let me. Amazon suggested I reach out to the seller by the time the seller responded to me he said they already shipped it OK not great customer service at all I drove over an hour to go pick it up since the address mistake was mine, I got it home and unboxed it. I really love the frame. It looks very quality on a scale of one to five on comfort. It’s probably a three in the picture. It just looks more lux But I’m keeping it because it’s still a nice chair and it works for what I need ... show more
