Beautiful, well crafted sofa. The leather is thick and high quality. Assembly took 10min. Sofa was packed very well and all the parts were there. The sofa is very well built, no issues there. The sit is a tad firm but I would assume it will get softer once broken in. I did have to condition/ oil the leather as it was pretty dry out of the box. It took about 30min with some leather conditioner. Otherwise fantastic sofa. Wish it was a little less expensive but I'm satisfied. The only concern I have is the warranty after the 1 yr mfg warranty. Not sure how much I trust the sellers warranty. You will not get an extended warranty from Poly and Bark, I called them to confirm. ... show more

I have two other couches from poly and bark so I’m familiar with them. This couch feels nicer because it’s deeper and the seat slopes back slightly. I also love the soft black color. Easy to assemble- just screw on the legs.

It actually arrived fairly quickly. However, when it arrived I noticed scratches - from a box that housed the hardware, on the sofa. I was very disappointed. I'm working with someone now to resolve the issue. Otherwise, it is absolutely beautiful and smells divine.

Beautiful sofa!! Soft leather. Color just as pictured. The seat is firmer than I would like, but it will soften with time. Large enough for my space. Easy to assemble. Only had to put on legs! The sofa is true to the product description, but, despite the "feather down topper on seating surfaces" it's VERY firm with little to no "give". I'm hoping it will soften over time, but not convinced it will. It you lay on it across the 3 seat cushions, it feels like an "extra firm" mattress.

My husband and I both absolutely love this sofa. I wanted to add more color to our very neutral space and the deep blue of this sofa is perfect. I also wanted it cozy and it’s great for curling up with coffee and a book. I know it’ll get even softer with time. It’s built really well. Polished details.
