The contour memory foam gives great support for the neck and shoulders, especially for side sleeping. It keeps my head aligned properly instead of sinking too deep or feeling too stiff. The cooling feature is also a big plus. I tend to sleep warm, and this pillow stays comfortable throughout the night without constantly flipping it over looking for the “cold side.” The foam feels supportive but still soft enough to relax into. What I like most is that it works well no matter how I sleep — side, back, or even stomach sleeping occasionally. Sleep quality genuinely improved, and I wake up feeling less sore and more rested. I like this pillow a lot! I've been using it a few weeks now and it has cleared up the neck issues I was having! I didn't think it would but decided to try it anyway. It took a while to adjust to a different style of pillow, but it has the perfect support and seems to be well made with durable memory foam. I also like that it is not stiff and I can mold it to make it the most comfortable while I fall asleep knowing the support will be there as I may move around while asleep.

I've had debilitating neck pain for a year, barely able to turn my neck enough to drive safely. I've bought 3 different pillows before this one, had physical therapy, and it just kept getting no better, at some times worse. Then this pillow arrived. I've been using it for a week now, and I can turn my head again. There's still some slight pain, but it's on its way out. I'm sleeping soundly and not waking up due to excruciating neck pain several times a night. And, to boot, it comes with a lovely silk pillowcase.

Unfortunately this hasn't lived up to my expectations. It does feel nice and plush but the lower side didn't give me near enough support and it's supposed to be the side meant for side sleepers, which I am. The other side was too high and uncomfortable. I ended up using it on top of my regular pillow on the lower side, and while I didn't wake up with neck pain or arm pain (I don't always know what to do with my arm and sometimes I sleep on it wrong and wake up with it really hurting) but I did wake up with a bad headache THREE nights in a row (every night I used it). I decided not to sleep with it last night and I didn't have a headache this morning. I do like the silky pillow case but it doesn't stay cool for long, but it's cooler than cotton. I let it sit out for 24+ hours before using as instructed. I know it says it can take up to 2 weeks to adjust to it but I don't know if I can deal with headaches every morning for that long. I'm not really sure if I'm going to keep this or not. Sending it back seems like a lot of trouble and there's no way I'll be able to roll it back up to put it back in the packaging. This is exactly why I was so hesitant to buy a pillow online but I was desperate for neck pain relief. Too bad this didn't work for me.

After reading all the reviews, I decided to purchase this pillow to replace an old memory foam contour pillow that was breaking down. I started noticing that I was waking up with neck pain and headaches from my TMJ more often so it was time for a new pillow. I was dubious when I received this pillow thinking it was not going to work or provide enough support. It seemed very squishy when first unpackaged. I would like to point out that there was no chemical odor or off gassing which I was very happy about. I've been using the pillow for over 2 weeks now and I have noticed immediate relief. I wake up without neck pain and it has helped a lot with my TMJ. I am not tossing and turning as much. With pillows costing upwards of $200 these days, I feel it's a good value for the money and while I don't know that it will work for everyone, it has been a good purchase for me. I am a side and back sleeper.
