Purchased product to make it easier to extract honey from the frames. It was used only one time and stopped heating after five minutes making it unusable. This gift was purchased as a gift for my father. It only has a 30 day return policy which includes defective products. So it is only 15 days out of the return policy and I am left with a product that absolutely worthless. Only gave one star because it wouldn’t let me post without giving a rating. Doesn’t deserve any stars!!!!!

Came back to return it and was told I only had 30 days to return it even if it was a defect. I would advise to never purchase from this seller . I will be calling Amazon and filing a complaint against seller for selling defective merchandise.
The temperature regulation is terrible. Knife gets nice and hot until you start to cut capping. The cap/comb absorbs the heat faster than the knife can maintain, so after about 3" it's cooled off so much it stops working. You get what you pay for. Avoid this one.

Gets too hot on handle end and burnt the honey. Other end wasn’t hot enough to cut through wax
