I have never ordered a large item from Amazon so I was not sure what to expect as far as how the boxes would survive the shipping process but it came to me in good shape in 2 sturdy boxes. EVERY piece of metal in the package is covered in protective plastic to help avoid scratches during shipping, however, I did cause my own scratches trying to get all the plastic off. The metal is fairly thin but once the shed is put together it is actually pretty sturdy. The doors are very sturdy, close well and lock nicely into place. Some of the pre drilled holes did not line up so we had to drill a few of our own but it was an easy fix. The only real issue we had when putting this together was with the doors….the instructions/pictures are a little hard to understand in one area, the black frame for the door opening that the door hinges actually attach to should go OVER the tan shed siding, not slip under. If the frame for the doors is installed incorrectly, you will know, the doors will overlap each other and not close properly. Once we figured out what we did wrong it took 2 minutes to fix it. Great shed for the price. Took husband and I about 12 hours, including breaks for lunch, etc. Here are some very helpful tips for assembly that the instructions should have included. 1) make sure to account for all parts before starting . 2) pop out all of the washers( attached in squares of 16) before starting assembly 3) throw the washers and poor all screws, bolts and nuts in bowl for faster assembly - wall panels go together pretty easy. Does need two people to line up and screw together easier 4) when putting together beams, make sure side with most holes are all facing upward 5) when starting roof panels, go piece by piece and make sure to screw all holes on center beam. 6!) IMPORTANT- assemble the center roof cover piece as you are adding each section of roof. IT IS VERY HARD TO PUT ON AT END , DUE TO HARD TO REACH DRILL HOLES 7) trim instructions were not correct . The end holes of each piece of trim will attach at the corners. So make sure that you are putting them on correctly to avoid having to take back of and redoing. 8) when putting together doors, make sure the cross bars line up to holes in middle of door. ... show more

Bought for our campsite and it's perfect. Took 2 of us half day. Seems to be waterproof and sturdy. Wish that the middle and corner plastic was the same color as shed not a bright white but otherwise, no complaints.

This is a decent little shed, it definitely takes 2 people to assemble the frame but once you get the grove it doesn’t take too terribly long. I’d say probably 4 hours total. Some screw holes don't line up, but that’s really my only complaint besides it not having a floor. But I just used pallets & nailed plywood on top of the pallets to make a “floor” for it. ... show more

This shed was a pleasant surprise although not without some drawbacks. All of the parts were supplied including some extra hardware that came in handy. The formed components with pre-drilled holes/slots were all easily aligned, especially during the early stages; The two aluminum side rails (appeared to be extruded aluminum, not formed) did not have any pilot holes from which to attach the lower screws for the roof panels but the aluminum was soft and easily drilled. The 2-3 hour assembly time for 2 workers is a little aggressive; it took my wife and I about 11 hours to get it to the point of putting it on the frame and floor (we're senior citizens, retired so we take our time!) but overall it's a very nice looking and very sturdy shed. ... show more

    • Not what I really expect…..

We got it today and assembled it. The parts were flimsy and the holes were either drilled too big or nonexistent…. ALSO, there were too many occasions where the drilled holes were too big that the screws were unable to hold the pieces in places therefore we had to improvise and figure it out ourselves on how to get the pieces to fit together (without the screw’s help) -.- talk about inconvenient. We had to make some holes for ourselves. It was SUPER annoying to peel all the plastic off the metal pieces. Literally took way too long and added extra time to assemble it. We expected to take 2-3 hours but instead took us way more than that (12+).Expect about 4-6 hours removing packing……..Honestly, for that price, felt ripped off. Don’t recommend it as much, sorry. Once we built it, it felt cheap and we needed a stronger base so going to figure out how to make it heavier so people cannot easily lift it up and take a peek inside. (Even though we have it in our fence yard). Not sure if we recommend it in places with extreme weather or open areas where many people can have access to your shed. I wouldn’t keep anything valuable in it like expensive bikes or machinery. Would return but I honestly spent HOURS building it and don’t want to take it all down to just return…….. :( ... show more

Keep you expectations down and you’ll be satisfied. It keeps stuff dry and out of the sun. Took a couple hours to build. I had to build a floor out of plywood. Had protective plastic film/wrap that I just left on because it was a pain to remove.
