  • It's worth it for the price
Color: Black Size: 8x12 FT
I was looking for a big cheap shed and this shed is well worth it foe the price. - Easy to build if you carefully follow the instructions. Needs at least 2 people. It'll take awhile to build but you'll eventually get there. - The shed may seem flimsy at first when building but once everything is built it will hold. - There are dents but you can put it back in shape easily. - I bought some foam spray to seal all the cracks and open areas to keep moist and bugs out. I also bought some steel and rubber washers instead of the plastic washers it came with... only for the roof so the water won't go in. These are the washers I used (Biaungdo 120 Pcs #10 x 1/2" Neoprene Washers, Stainless Steel) Overall I am satisfied. Don't listen to the other reviews who says the holes are not aligned because obviously they made a mistake. Ive made alot of mistakes but can easily fix... it happens. I have no experience in building sheds. I used an electric drill to screw faster. Your going to be screwing so many so be prepared. ... show more

  • Great shed for the price!
Color: Black Size: 8x12 FT
Took some time to assemble, but I was ready for that. Otherwise I was so impressed with the size of the boxes that the shed came in, so compact! I added a 4x4 perimeter to the bottom to make it closer to my height at 6 ft. Only complaint is that the structure was slightly less than the title size so my wood base is a little exposed to rain, still trying to come up with a great solution for that. But would gladly buy again, great price. ... show more

  • cheap - made in China
Color: Black Size: 8x12 FT
"Amazon's choice" you let me down!! I can't strongly recommend this product. I spent probably12-14 solid hours assembling plus 6 hours from my wife. We are moderately handy folks and I have all the power tools needed. The metal arrived bent and damaged. Instructions are poor. The holes line up about 50% of the time. But the metal is so flimsy you can screw straight into it without drilling, so that helps. The edging around the roof is laughable. cheap and flimsy. There are probably 1000 screws in the bag and couple hundred bolts. The bolts are flimsy like the rest. This product needs a redesign. Poor quality. I would, in retrospect, gladly spend more for a simpler assembly and more sturdy construction with good instructions. ... show more

  • Very good for the money, some issues... Very good for the money, some issues...
Color: Black Size: 8x12 FT
Shed arrived in three days, it came packed in two heavy boxes around 100lbs each. The shipping company must have had a hard time lifting them and threw them off the truck causing damage to many of the sheets and parts. I created a 8x12 base using PT 2x4 and 5/8 plywood. Assembling the shed was quite a task. I performed about 90% of the work alone. Instruction are good but there are many steps that require a very specific orientation, multiple times I found something was not correct requiring me to rework the part. As others stated, the plastic protective coating on the sheets is pure evil! It took me more time peeling the plastic off than assembling the shed. I noticed if the parts were left in the sun the plastic peeled easier. At first the sheeting and other parts seemed very thin and flimsy, after everything is screwed together the shed seems to be fairly sturdy. One thing I noticed was I was given almost no extra screws, I ended up having to purchase some short sheet metal screws to finish. Overall I am happy, there are some dings and dents from shipping but that's not major. If the plastic was easier to remove and the instructions slightly improved I would give this five stars. ... show more

  • Great quality for the price
Color: Black Size: 8x12 FT
First, let me point out that this isn't a $1500 shed. I bought the 12x8 for under $300. I didn't have really high expectations going into this. That said, this is a really good-quality shed at this price point. It took me three days to build the entire thing, and I only had help squaring up the frame. The plastic is annoying; the trick is to start on one side, then grab it in one hand and pull away from the piece, not down along the piece. Once you get the hang of it, they only take a minute or two each to peel. Almost all of the mill holes lined up, and the instructions were sufficient (hard to read due to size, but I only put one piece on upside down the entire time). Once completed, the shed is very sturdy. There is no sway, and I can really push on it without feeling it move. Even the doors aligned perfectly at the very end without adjustment. Some pieces came with minor dents. Unfortunately, that's going to happen with flimsy metal pieces. It wasn't anything that made me wince. I also used the Beryl tape thing that a previous reviewer mentioned, then added additional self-tapping screws along the inside of the frame track to ensure there was no movement or water leakage. All in all, I'm very happy with the purchase and have gotten a very nice-looking shed for under $300. ... show more

  • Good for it’s price but don’t expect the best quality and easy assembly.. Good for it’s price but don’t expect the best quality and easy assembly..
Color: Black Size: 8x12 FT
Okay $300 for a 8x12 footish shed?! Maybe $400 if you include shipping. Not too bad on price. In total for the custom deck, linoleum flooring, lights, and all the little add ons, I ended up paying around $750-$800. When I bought this shed I needed it for storage. Putting it together at first was pretty smooth. Some parts we’re slightly bent from shipping but not too bad to make a huge deal of. The directions literally warn about that. They also recommend you wear gloves. Please wear them especially for the panels. I cut myself pretty good… I also wouldn't recommend building this when it is windy because it’s definitely not strong enough at first to put up, but after you get past the walls it’s pretty strong and that’s the easy part to do. Surprisingly everything lined up pretty well there until I got to the roof. This is where I had the most trouble… The directions aren’t as clear and I wish it was more thorough. I got lost. Some things weren’t lining up and it had me second guessing and even bending parts… Also, I really don’t get how they expect you to put the top center piece on if it’s hard to reach from the sides. I had to finesse a lot of stuff with this shed so be ready to improvise. After the roof was done and the doors were on I thought it was complete, but dude there’s hella significant gaps and cracks from the corrugated panels and I knew that mice, spiders, bugs, dust, and other pests could get in so I literally filled every gap with “Great Stuff” expanding foam. They also don’t mention this but the roof has a lot of gaps on the sides of the panels and I had to screw the panels on the two side support beams of the roof. The doors also leaves a significant gap when closed for things to get through and the “lock” they give for the door is cheap and easy to break. Damn near doesn’t even lock… Definitely gotta upgrade that in the future. Overall I am satisfied with the shed and it’s large size but I will warn you it’s not for a beginner builder. Luckily I was able to build most of the shed myself but I had my 6 year old help me out a little bit. Be ready to improvise and try to “read” the directions as carefully and thoroughly as possible. Good luck! ... show more

  • VERY Pleasantly surprised, Great Customer Service! See UPDATES BELOW
Color: Black Size: 8x12 FT
One of my hobbies lately has become buying some things from Amazon that are priced much lower than I can find locally. The least expensive I could find a shed of this size and construction was around $1,100. This was just under 400 delivered. It came in two boxes which were slightly damaged but not too bad. I checked the manual and everything seemed to be included. While the instruction manual could have been done a little bit better it is perfectly usable as is if you pay attention to detail. Others here have complained about holes not lining up I did not experience that, except for when I did not pay close enough attention to the drawings to realize that you could install that particular piece in more than one orientation. Undoing it and putting it in the right way made all the holes line up. I didn't try to assemble this all in one day. I spread it out over about a week to a week and a half due to having other things that I had to do. I'm pleasantly surprised. It was not that difficult it seems quite sturdy. Everybody is right about taking the plastic off so I chose to not bother to take the plastic off at all. I figure it will come off in time. It may also act as a protectant for a short amount of time while it's on there, which can't hurt. The lock and hasp is cheap and should probably be replaced with something a little more sturdy. Other than that it's a phenomenal value. There's a great video embedded in the pictures with the item that helps fill the gaps in the manual. If you have the patience even if you're not incredibly mechanically inclined you can build the shed yourself and you will have it saved yourself at least 60%. UPDATE 1/2025 The shed did great until our first snow storm, which happened while I was away for work and was 16.5 inches of heavy, wet snow. The roof did not survive (nor should it have, I lost large limbs on and old growth oak tree nearby) however it collapsed in a manner that will allow a fairly easy repair once spring rolls around. I will be using stronger beams this time and then it should be able to stand up to most anything. If you live in snowy areas, you may want to reinforce the stock roof beams, or at least tie them together to better distribute the load and keep them from twisting, as these seem to have... _-------------------------------------------------- UPDATE 03/20/2025----------------------------------------------------------- I contacted the company via the link on the product page and they told me it was under warranty. The sent me a PDF of the manual and parts list and told me to let them know what parts failed. They sent me new ones NO CHARGE and it only took about 3 hours to fix the fully collapsed roof. I added 40$ worth of threaded rods to the roof assembly to strengthen it. Time will tell, but this seller has been great to me!!!! ... show more

  • Great shed for the money! Great shed for the money!
Color: Black Size: 8x12 FT
Have to be honest, for this price I was not expecting the quality of shed I received. This isn’t a strong wooden shed, but it is way more sturdy than you would think. Word of advice. Take a power drill and set it on like a number 5 torque setting because literally you have over 500 screws. Instructions were pretty good to understand. Just follow the bag number and don’t lose any screws because they don’t send any spares! lol! Everything lined up according to the pictures. Only thing I screwed up on, was not making sure the holes on the roofing section were facing upwards. (Take this note) Trust me. That is a lot of unscrewing. Lol ! All in all, it is a great size and more than enough room. I even filled all the gaps with some insect repellent spray foam. And now is critter free and maintains a little bit of temperature. Has has withheld several strong rains and wins without a single leak or damage If I have the choice again, I would probably buy another one. Don’t let the negative installation reviews stray you away. It is a very simple build. I suggest putting it on a wooden platform for more structural durability. ... show more
