The battery life was a problem where even with charging the battery was bad. I just had bought new ones to replace the ones in them and they worked fine after that. They do get lost pretty easily so I actually have never gotten to hear the kids try talking to one another that often versus even just keeping them charged and ready to play with. There is so much going on that this kind of toy is great for nostalgia but, my children may be too young to really enjoy it besides clicking the buttons and playing with the flash light feature. ... show more

This product was great, my daughter used it every single day for a month, but suddenly one of the walkies will no longer charge. Only works when plugged into an outlet, and even then it's spotty at best. A useless product if only one works. Now I have a heartbroken 5 year old.
