The media could not be loaded. My two children like to "prank" me with this toy. They love it. It's only good on hardwood floors. They've played with it for a few weeks on and off.

Once you try to change the batteries, you realize why this came with batteries. I had to use a drill bit to make the hole bigger and the phillips screws still took patience, but I finally got them out without breaking it! After reading all the reviews about battery replacement in the snake head, looking at the video was no help. Using the screwdriver that fits our eyeglass screws works perfect. Yes the screws were tight but now they will be easier to remove. After the removal of the two screws in the head/neck area, batteries pop out and piece of cake. The boys love this snake. The first one we ordered we couldn’t replace the batteries in because we couldn’t get the tiny screws out. We exchanged it for another one that seemed to work. Once the batteries died we were able to replace them but the snake no longer worked. The eyes lit up but there was no more movement. I haven’t been able to contact the company.
