After reading all the reviews about battery replacement in the snake head, looking at the video was no help. Using the screwdriver that fits our eyeglass screws works perfect. Yes the screws were tight but now they will be easier to remove. After the removal of the two screws in the head/neck area, batteries pop out and piece of cake. The boys love this snake. Good speed and control. Although the 5 year old got angry at his brother and popped the body apart Fortunately, this time it snapped back in place and works great. ... show more
