The star of this set is Pikachu V-UNION, a single powerful Pokémon divided into four cards. Of course, Pikachu V-UNION is technically a single Pokémon, but the card artwork, when assembled, actually features 25 Pikachu as drawn by 25 different artists! To assemble Pikachu V-UNION during gameplay, you need to combine its four pieces from your discard pile. Once you've done that, it brings four awesome attacks and impressive HP into battle. To help with this, the Celebrations Special Collection—Pikachu V-UNION also includes a Professor Burnet Supporter card, which allows you to search your deck for up to 2 cards and discard them. In addition to the four cards that comprise Pikachu V-UNION and the Professor Burnet card, this collection also contains an oversize card featuring the complete Pikachu V-UNION artwork, which will make a beautiful display piece. So, my kids got interested in Pokemon cards recently and after asking me tons of questions about them, rekindled my love hof the game and artwork. I selfishly bought this for myself but have promised lots of the legendary cards already to the kids. Not sure if I got great pulls but very happy with what I got. After watching 4 videos on fake cards and how to tell if your set was tampered with, pretty sure this one wasn’t. Got this through Monkey Go Round so giving them credit for a good product. Some pics of the pulls. Artwork is great and its an anniversary pack so nostalgia is in full swing. Might get another although the stress of fakes is still there. Not a collector and don’t plan to sell any hut definitely don’t want baseball or Dr Who cards. $30 is steep for about 32 cards but I guess that’s the game you play with Pokemon TCG? ... show more

My son loved opening the set. However, if you are a collector and want to keep this, it came opened on one end. That's crummy for the price of this thing.

I saw many negative reviews on this exact product. I have to say I was very happy with my purchase. It was in factory seal. Unopened. I didn't get the biggest hits in the world but there were no issues with mine at all. I had seen prior reviews stating that the box came opened and was tampered with. But that was not my experience.
