I was a huge Pokémon card collector as a kid — along with a bunch of other trading card games. Unfortunately, my entire collection was given away without my knowledge, and that kind of broke my heart. I stopped collecting for years after that loss. Now at 25, I’m slowly getting back into collecting — mostly for the art rather than the gameplay. I bought this booster bundle and I’m really happy with it! Everything was sealed properly, no fakes, and the card quality was excellent: no bent corners, no creases, nice and clean. I even pulled a few good ones! Nothing extremely rare, but definitely some beautiful art cards and a handful of fun holos. Packs were definitely sketchy. Pulls were terrible and on top of it the first pack I pulled out of the box was opened already (see picture). Not to mention all the other packs ripped a little too easily.

Happy overall with this purchase. Caught them at a fair price, not close to msrp but under market. Ended up arriving much quicker than expected. Gave in to the gamble and opened all 3 that I bought, with no luck as expected lmao. Still can't complain at the price I found them given the general market price and availability. Very good pull! Also, the packs and box remained untouched, no tampering whatsoever. Only downside is that the box is standalone, it does not come interred in an amazon box or bag so if you could use the gift option, do it.

    • Great Cards but the Market Price is out of control
This series, Prismatic Evolutions, is one of the best series of Scarlet & Violet, but the insane Mad Dash to get these cards is really disheartening because Scalpers are making it so difficult. I was 100% satisfied with the transaction itself thru a 3rd party via Amazon. Cards arrived safely and still factory sealed. NO ISSUES at all with that. But at the time, I paid $90 for this which is too much but I was caught up in the hype. Out of the 6 packs, I did pull 1 Master Pall Jolteon Reverse Holo, but NOTHING else. The moral of the story is, while this has some amazing cards, these prices mixed with the pull rates are just not worth it. tl;dr - The Seller was Awesome, no issue, cards were legit. The Card series itself is too over priced thanks to so much hype and unfortunately scalpers have driven the price per pack too high. ... show more
