I bought this exhaust here and had one of the chain muffler services install it for me on my 2017 black Jeep Wrangler. I purchased the one with chrome tips. It looks really sweet: as the tips extend out slightly past the bumper. It adds a slight growl to the exhaust note; no louder cabin sound than stock. When you get on it, it sounds (again not loud at all) more aggressive in a very pleasing way. If you want loud pipes look else where. If you want to enhance the looks of your Wrangler this is well worth the money... I think. ... show more

    • What I should have bought the first time
2 1/2 years ago I purchased a Dynomax axel back muffler for my 2013 JKU . Wanting a performance muffler but didn't want to spend a lot . Big mistake . It was loud and had a horrible drone at hi way speed . Recently looked under my jeep and found the muffler completely rusted out . Purchased the Borla system to replace it . I almost got this the first time and wish I had . Just loud enough to give an attitude and no drone at highway speed . All stainless so should last as long as the jeep . ... show more

I initially put the 145 $ dual set up on. For astetick purposes, the echo, reverberation, under low RPM travel was horrible. The borla is the best kept secret, perfect, perfect,perfect sound at all RPM up through the gears. Superior and absolute notible performance upgrade,. And looks AWESOME .. Was a perfect fit. Packaging was first rate...Took all of 30 to 40 mins. Shop charged me $30.00 to install. Jeep Wrangler Sahara pulls strong off the line with nice growl from 2.5k thru 5.5k...Definite head turner!!! Normal or low noise at idle. Highly recommend this system! Look factor is very cool! Packaged very good. Airrived ahead of schedule. Took about 30 minutes to unpackage and install. Rubber hangers slipped off with little aggravation. New assembly fit perfectly. Alignment was perfect.
