We purchased the 8 camera system for 1 acre of land. We have our lines underground and the set up was beyond simple. We did have a bit of confusion on the UI but the customer service, seriously, can not tell you how fast and above and beyond they go to make sure your system is working. You will not be disappointed with this system. It works on your phone or computer. Yes, you can see when you are not home. Yes, you can talk to someone when you are not home. A++ Very happy with this purchase! Update: It's been a few years, 6 of 8 cameras still work. Customer Service is next to impossible to find. I finally found the manufacturer of the system, Wessco, and they offer very limited service, email only. So still 2 cameras that do not work.

Purchased this system in October, 2022. Overall great product, however recently had one camera quit working. Called customer service twice and left detailed message, no response. I then sent email with detailed information and still no response. The unit is still under warranty but, not getting any response from them. Disappointed.****UPDATED REMARKS: 11/2023 Finally received return message with apology for lack of prior response! Received replacement camera shortly there after. We are very satisfied with this security camera system and would recommend it anyone looking for similar product. Has great features and good clear pictures. Love the ability to see camera activity remotely!

Let me start by saying this, when I first purchased this 8 camera system back on March 4th it worked perfectly without any issues. It had all the features that a consumer would want from a video security system. Well, up until last week anyway. Three of my cameras went out at the same time and the other 5 cameras go in and out randomly. I have no idea how this happen it just did. Now it won't stay on without the last 5 cameras blinking on and off. I emailed Wesecuu since we are suppose to have a year warranty these systems. I got one email back telling me to email them at another email address which I was never given. I emailed them two more times with no reply. I never wanted a refund, I just wanted a replacement unit. It looks like once you buy this system you're stuck with it working or not. Like so many of us we read these reviews and flip a coin. Unfortunately if you pick this one you are on your on so keep looking. You will thank me later don't waste your time.

The 8-camera security system arrived in thoughtfully designed packaging, making the parts easy to sort and assemble. The cameras appear robust and are well-crafted. The LED spotlight shines brightly, and the audio output is clear. Each camera comes with a 20m network cable, which is conveniently labeled at both ends—a nice touch. The camera interface offers an abundance of excellent features, yet it can also be adjusted for a simple ‘set and forget’ operation. The resulting images are crisp and sharp. I did have a reason to contact customer service about my purchase. They resolved the issue quickly and easily. Great customer service!

This camera system works so well and if you ever need help the customer service is great as well. Lily Lee is a great after sales servicer, she answered all of our concerns quickly and helped us solve what the problem was. The camera has great range and the siren is loud. The face detection works well and captures the faces of people walking by. The two- way audio works really well. Every feature mentioned in the title works. Also has great quality and playback. My whole block is covered by the camera, exceeds our expectations LOL! Great product and great service. I recommend this to anyone who is considering to buy it.

I have tried many of the others cameras. Most cameras are pretty good unto you get to the software. The software of this camera system is top-notch. It is very user-friendly. The only thing I didn't like about it was finding it hard to find the cap to cover the Rj45 connection. The only cap I could find was on a different site and it would take a month and a month in a half before I would be able to receive them. So I had to buy a connection box that was universal. The software I loved was facial Search. We live in the country on a dead road. There is no one who really belongs there will be easy to identify. The color night vision helps a lot and easier to see. I do recommend this camera system.

We ordered this camera system in November 2020. On July 14th, we discovered that one of the cameras was not working last night. So I called your customer service number and left a message, and also left a email note with model & serial number to the email address stated in the manual. Your representative by the name of Lily called me back the next day (July 15th). She requested that I email her our address and phone number as she will send us a new camera. The next day Lily called us, told us that she will sent out a new camera and will call us tomorrow with the the tracking number. We did not hear from her, but 2 days later, we received a new camera and my husband quickly installed and all is fine now. We are very pleased with the service and and with Lily. We were skeptical about purchasing this off brand camera system but it has good reviews and even though the camera broke, we were surprised that they sent us a new one so quickly. Lily explained her English was not so good, and requested that I speak slowly to her. Not a problem for us to do this and all was good. We appreciate all her work and efforts to keep your customers happy. Thank you again Lily!
