Ty is sound audio mixer is a good starter to help you lean more about mixing audio. It has a lot of features for the price including multiple preset audio settings, custom settings and the ability to change pitch, reverb and other typical equalizer type settings. It also comes with a few different cable connections allowing you to use your phone as an input as well as standard PC mic jack sizes. Overall sound quality is pretty good and the amount of mixing you can do is great for such a small and cost effective device. A few areas this could improve: - No way to connect it to external power, it has a battery you need to charge. I wish it had a wall plug so you could just keep it powered. - The jacks for mic and headphones are the small size you use for your computer or phone. You have to use an adapter for higher quality microphones. - Overall build quality feels like it is not high quality plastic and I worry I could break some of the knobs and things if I am not careful.

To start off with, the overall construction feels cheap. It doesn't look like it'll last more than couple months before the jog wheels will just fall off or break. The displays are nonsense. The connectivity is sketchy at best. Be prepared to buy a lot of adapters to be able to connections to most microphones and audio output equipment. Also, there are a ton of social media clips floating around advertising this same model and this one is not is shown on those clips The whole is just way smaller than what is pictured. This is a twenty dollar toy for kids and nothing more.

Even though this has been surpassed by a newer and more expensive model, this is still a really great mixer especially for the price. It has a ton of features, like the ability to modulate your voice, adjust levels coming in from your sources, adjust the levels of your output, has built in sound effects as well as the ability to record a couple of your own. It has auto-tune, denoise, and a lot more than I can list here. This thing can connect to your smartphone or tablet over USB C, and can act as an external sound card when connected to a PC. The battery life is great, the sound is clear, and has a range of inputs and outputs. It's pretty easy to use and figure out, which is a good thing as the manual is pretty bare bones. It comes with a variety of cables, for charging the unit, and for inputs and outputs. If you're looking for a mixer board, and don't want to jump right in with the more expensive units, this is a great starter unit for the price.
