This makes your gaming rig fly. It's really good performance wise and runs cool. Looks amazing as well. I bought several sets and all were perfect. Will show as 2666 but you can change that in your bios easily.

Phenomenal value at the moment, -52% on amazon. I needed to upgrade to 32GB, because Read Dead Redemption 2 is using up 12GB minimum and I was so lucky to find these awesome sticks at this price. I was going as cheap as I could. My PC is an i5-9600K on Asus Z370 P-II. This next section is only for those with an i5-9600K and a Z370 chipset motherboard. This intel cpu supports 2666Mhz by default, so this ram will run at that speed by default. If you want the rated speed(3200Mhz in my case), you will need to overclock your cpu as well as your ram. I only had to do TWO things in UEFI Bios setup to do this. ONE: activate XMP(for ram) TWO: activate multicore enhancement(for cpu). That's it. Noticeable performance increase in RDR2. I'm very satisfied with this purchase. The red clip on the ram heatsink is removable. I was trying to figure out why, but couldn't find an answer. Each stick has 2 heatsinks that are hooked together and there is an obvious line running down each stick. I think the clip is to cover that up and also reinforce holding the 2 plates together. ... show more

Had three different programs crash to desktop after more than an hour of seemingly stable use. Ran MemTest86 twice at 3600MHz and both failed. Clocked down to 3400MHz and it passed the test. Haven't run into a problem since. I'll update if I run into further issues.
