I don't often write reviews. I should both good and bad, but I usually don't take the time. This product deserves a review. First, I've been in the gym for decades and I have taken most every form of 'gym juice' you can imagine, and then some. This stuff rocks. It is expensive, but the serving size is large (almost 2 oz.) and thus it's a lot of product in the container. All that said, it flat works better than anything I've ever used, barr none. EVER. Pros: Jitters are not bad. A tingle, but that's it. No caffeine crash. Looking at the container you'd think there should be, but there's not. Taste, I hate it when people knock a pre-workout over taste. This is not fine dining. Just shut up and gulp it. That said, I got the cherry slush and it's actually pretty good. No bad. The energy is off the hook. Again, no jitters and no bad tingle. I swear that I've been doing on average at least 2 reps more per set than before. I usually workout 5 days a week and based on the number of sets and reps I do two more reps per set is equal to about 30 more gym days per year. Think about that for a minute. PLus, since the 2 reps are at the end of each set the muscle load is really equal to more than the abovementioned 30 extra days. Pump; insane. Pump is not muscle growth and we all know that but it does aid in tearing the muscle a bit more and that does lead to more growth. Plus, guys, the nitric oxide affect carries over to other areas of you personal life (if you get the picture). I monitor my heart rate and BP and my BP is actually lower after a workout when using this I suspect due to the nitric oxide affect. I'm not a medical professional so you need to do your own due diligence but that's my experience. Cons: The dosage is a lot to mix. One scoop is 49 grams, or almost 2 oz. So, it dissolves well but there will/might be a bit of powder that just slides down undissolved. Again, it's not fine dining. Magnesseum. There is a fair amount here and that affects some peoples lower GI track. Usually I'm fine. There are days here and there that it hits me a hour or so after a workout. Not always, but sometimes. To testify how great this stuff is I tolerate it when it happens. I just would not take it the first time and just on a transcontinental flight. It's bearable and I've experienced a lot worse with none of the positive affects outlined above. Overall, as long as they do not change the formulation I'll never quit using this stuff. It actually does what it says and then some. If I had more than two thumbs to give it up I would. EDIT: Turns out the lower GI track stuff mentioned is NOT the fault of this product. It turns out it appears to be another oral product I take occasionally and I just connected the dots. Just needed to make that right.

Been using pump fuel for 3 plus years now. Its one of my favorite pre workouts. I use the insanity version. It doesnt jack me up like some other brands do. I think in 3 years time I got jacked up once or twice cause I took it on an empty stomach. Do remember there is different stimulant levels. So pay attention to that. I love the variety of flavors. Thats a huge plus! I use pump fuel in conjunction with several other PMD sports products. And to be honest if I control my nutrition well I can see results from these products. And I personally dont like to use products that dont give results. You need to see results in order to keep the drive alive a d stay disciplined! If your on the fence about buying this or any PMD sports supplements, give it a try for atleast a couple months. I think you will be happy. Im 48, and not a young buck. But I will tell you PMD products have me hitting the the gym pretty hard for my age! Im not ripped and in top tier shape. But im very very active!

Typically have to change preworkout every few months, or take a break and come back to them for them to stay effective, but I’ve been using this one for over a year to consistent results, great pumps, and I haven’t gotten bored of it once. The taste is good for a preworkout, it dissolves well, you get a lot of the supplement for your money. I highly recommend this one!
