The best salt in the world. For the naysayers who say that salt is salt and this is too expensive.....I dare you to try this salt side by side to regular iodized table salt. It's no comparison. This stuff is amazing. It's a good kind of salty without being overbearing. It adds a layer of depth to the food and I love the mineral content. However it is hard to use the coarse salt in a shaker so next time I'll be buying the finer grain salt. ... show more

This has to be the best Celtic salt that I've digested. The quality is excellent. You can taste the minerals, which is great for me. Other Celtic salts have absolutely no taste and leaves one wondering if there are any minerals. The color is also very natural.

Quality taste etc., seems wet but not clumpy. Leaving out on a papper plate helped a little. Doesn't work well in regular shakers since the granules are slightly larger than highly processed salts.
