we use this salt for our water. celtic salt has so many minerals in it and is super good for you. we take just one little crystal piece before drinking 8oz of water. it helps to get the water into the cells. celtic water is much better than table salt. it has more of a salt flavor. we have cooked with it as well, but now we opt to cook with the himalayan salt as it is a bit cheaper. but at times I will use this because it has a much saltier taste and takes so very little to use. please note that you MUST keep this in an airtight container as it will DRAW MOISTURE. it is a wet type of salt. it is all natural, and the taste is remarkable! ... show more

This has to be the best Celtic salt that I've digested. The quality is excellent. You can taste the minerals, which is great for me. Other Celtic salts have absolutely no taste and leaves one wondering if there are any minerals. The color is also very natural.

It’s yummy. The only bad thing is, its sorta damp so it doesn’t work in a grinder and its pretty coarse. I think I’ll stick with himalayan pink salt

I'm having some potassium and magnesium problems. I've read this salt is rich in both so I thought I'd try. As expected. Chunky salt!! Tastes great.
