I purchased this as a gift for a dear friend. It said they ran small and to order a size up, which I did. Even that was too small! I was very disappointed and ended up donating this coat to a homeless shelter so it would do someone some good. Also, this coat looked a lot thicker in the picture than it really is. Returned it to Amazon, the sleeved are too narrow and way to long. I bought a size larger than I normally buy because in the winter I wear bulky sweaters to I would have enough room to be comfortable. I still did not fit. very disappointed.

I ordered a 4x , it fits more like a 2x. The coat is on "sale" ; however the shipping cost is equal to the item cost. Making the item cost about $45-50. I debating returning it, but it is a nice warm coat ,worth the price ,even with shipping and I will able to wear it soon
