I JUST WORE IT FOR TWO WEEKS ! I THINK THE BOTTOM SUPPORT WAS THE ANSWER TO HEAL MY PROBLEM. MY SECRET WAS TO ADJUST THE TIGHTNESS OF EACH TOP AND BOTTOM SUPPORT. MY KNEE LIKED THE TOP LOSER THAN THE BOTTOM. I DON'T KNOW HOW THE ACHE STOPPED BUT THE SUPPORT GOT ME THROUGH THE PAST TWO WEEKS, I COULD NOT HAVE BEEN WALKING WITHOUT IT.
