This plumbing tool wrench kit does just that - it’s easy to use, works exactly right for supply nuts, and helps me finish the job fast. The kit came to me very well packaged and protected. The two wrenches are strong and solid and the latching mechanism on the wrenches feels like it’s good quality and that it will last. I wanted these particular wrenches to quickly remove my connections on my toilet compression connectors as well as something that would work on angle stops and bathroom valves. I hate using standard crescent wrenches to attempt to do these types of jobs. This specific set fits perfectly on the pipes, secures well to the pipe fittings, and it’s very handy having the two tools. Also the wrench set is compact so it will easily fit in your toolbox unlike a lot of other specialty plumbing tools. Very happy to now own the right tool for my compression set plumbing work. Definitely a strong recommend for anyone who does their own plumbing work around the house.

Seems to work, but admittedly I have no experience using one. I needed a plumbing tool to mount and adjust some fittings in my bathroom, this seemed like the thing I needed. What stands out most to me is the play, it moves around quite a bit, and doesn't line up quite right. Not really a big deal with the kind of work it's doing, but not sure if that's normal or something that a higher end, brand name tool wouldn't do. It'll barely be used, though, so it's just nice to have lying around when you need one.

I have the older "classic" types of sinks in my home and this basin wrench is the right tool for DIY projects on them. Some newer sinks have plastic wing nuts, and for those a universal faucet & valve wrench works best. This basin wrench is well made. I compared it to simpler wrenches that have a thin steel rod with a basin wrench head and I like this one the best. The right tool for the job really becomes important when you are working behind a toilet or up under a sink (and next to a wall). The first time you use a basin wrench you will wonder how you used to get things down with a standard wrench from your toolbox. I am a DIY'er, not a pro plumber, and this wrench from Techni Edge is a great tool for many DIY plumbing tasks.

I am going to replace a couple of old toilet water supplies and I need something that can help me do the job easier. I already replaced a few before and it is a pain to remove the old rusted supply valves. This tool set is just what I need as it seems to come in handy when needing to apply a lot of torque in a small space. The first thing I noticed when I got it was its excellent quality. It appears that it's made to take a lot of abuse and to last a long time. No doubt this set has been designed for professional plumbers. I am just happy I got it to help me with all my plumbing jobs. It might be a little bit expensive but it is worth every penny.

I waited to review these tools until after I used them to replace the kitchen sink faucet. I am glad I did. I wish I could offer a more positive review, because the tools are sturdy. However, I had difficulty positioning the wrench properly in the cramped space in the space provided (we have a good-sized garbage disposal there too). I could not, because, when I finally got the wrench positioned where I wanted it, the tool blocked my view of the pipes. (I think it doesn't need to be as thick as it is. See the picture above). After a few tries, I set the wrench aside and used a channel-lock plier and an adjustable wrench to complete the job. I expect the wrench will work well in open spaces but not in cramped spaces. -- e.g., replacing toilets or open pedestal sinks, but not in cramped spaces. I could recommend it for the former, but not the latter.

I recently used it and found the way it opens is good to get a grip on bolts in tight places. Would I pay the asking list price for it? Tough to say. But this is because I wouldn't use this enough to make that a practical investment, though still less than hiring a pro, and would be good to have on hand when it is needed. . It does look well made and should last a while and am glad I have it since the times it is needed seem to be when you least expect it.

Made my bathroom overhaul a breeze. I have your basic plumbing tools but this was a needed addition, made things so much easier!!! Fits easily into tight spaces and the angle stop took a lot of frustration out of the job. The wrench holds tight and doesn't damage the fittings if you're careful. If you're comfortable doing any kind of plumbing in your house, I recommend adding this to your tool kit.

I don't use these a lot, but when I need to replace a valve or fix a sink, it is nice to have the right tool. I saw a set like this used a while back, and have been looking for one since. The ability to screw the one tool on the valve and hold it in place while you tighten it down is a game changer. I also like how the jaws on the wrench open to easily get ahold of the nut when in tight quarters.
