What a disappointment (Reference images included). Because I've been working with electrical and electronics all of my adult life, its easy to spot shoddy design, materials, and shortcuts taken. Unfortunately, this is such a case. It is being advertised as a sconce light that can be either wall mounted to an existing junction box or bare wall mounted and plugged in with a standard 120 Volt outlet cord. The hardware necessary to do the latter part is not present and forget about putting an incandescent bulb in one of these. The wire inside the cord is 18 to 20 gauge and could melt if not cause a short/fire under that kind of current. If however you intend to only use fluorescent or LED bulbs there should be no problem, but I would label them as such to avoid the hazard in the future. These lights are also missing any kind of back plate or drywall hardware for bare-wall mounting so that hardware would have to bought separately. Also, while assembling the fixture arm to the base, the lock-washer fell apart and would not allow me to tighten it to the plate, so again, shoddy materials. Caveat emtor ... show more

This is a great wall lamp that I like very much. When I received this wall lamp and assembled them according to the instructions, I still encountered assembly problems in the middle. Therefore, I immediately contacted the customer service, the speed of responsding from customer service shocked me, they quickly helped me to solve the problem, sent me the installation video, and guided me through all the steps. I also saw the comments section discussing about the installation. According to my experience, they are not that difficult. Once assembled you will find it to be a very modern and vintage wall lamp, and it is a high quality product as I expect. I probably will buy this product again in future. Overall, it was a pleasant purchase and crucially, great value for money!!! I was very happy with the customer services, they did everything to solve my problems! An excellent seller. This is the wall lamp chosen for my family! The material of the product looks stylish and good quality. I like this wall lamp very much! As for the structure, it is strong and good. There are instructions in the package. You can install them step by step according to the instructions. The instructions explain in detail how to assemble each step, so it is not difficult to assemble, even for non-professionals (now it can be done! 🖐️) The color is well reflected in the photo. The metal is smooth, modern, and perfectly polished, and the entire product is very light (not thin, not cheap, and not susceptible to dents/curves). As mentioned in the description, the up and down angle adjustment is also very effective. This lamp looks beautiful and is already our favorite lamp.
