I love the fatwood by Plow and Hearth, but unfortunately it is shipped by FedEx. FedEx does not deliver to the front door, but rather leaves the package at the front of my detached garage, which is hidden from view from the front of out house. If I had not seen the FedEx van drop the package off, I would not have known they delivered. This is a constant problem with FedEx. Amazon Delivery and UPS will deliver to out front door. FedEx does not. Never does. They are pitiful. I wish I had a choice of delivery so that I could exclude FedEx. Thanks Amazon, thanks Plow and Hearth. Booooooo to FedEx. ... show more

First box I ordered (five stars), the sticks were the perfect thickness - lit fast. Second box I ordered (four stars), all of the sticks are too thick and take a too long to get lit. Plus, the sticks are so thick we have less total number burns in the box now. Very annoying - these sticks all need to be split in half. As a result, I reduced my review by a star. ... show more
