The truth is that I am very satisfied with the purchase of this DTF machine. Since it arrived it gave me a lot of confidence because it came very well packed and cared for, it shows that they protect the equipment a lot for shipping. I already tested it and the print quality is simply excellent; I was very surprised by the level of detail and the colors it is taking out, it completely exceeded my expectations. In addition, something that made everything much easier for me is that the software is very intuitive and easy to use, I had no complications to start working with it. I also want to highlight the advice they gave me, they gave me a lot of attention and time, always with very fast responses and very fluid communication. No lie this company is great. Had a couple Minor issues and they helped me with that everything came in one piece nothing was broken everything worked instructions could use a touch up. If you are having issues with white print not printing on your png images but on the test print then you need to select the right settings for spot color see image. ... show more
