I purchased the machine back in July. I havent had a chance to put it together until this month. So far the printer is trash. Just started constant use for the past 2 weeks and already having issues with the printer. I select the correct options like usual. But now it statin a spool issues and the functions to move the roll in and out don't work. I have to manually switched it off and start it again. Then it works for the first print, then it keeps doing it. The next issue i have is the printer after selecting the print settings as usual. It prints but only the color and not the white background. Waisting my spool and ink. It’s constantly doing this now. I’ve restarted the computer and it keeps doing it. All this in just 2 weeks of constant use. Yeah go for a different more reliable printer. This is not worth the headache especially after paying over 3k ... show more

I really like that the printer came with everything you needed to get started. Shipping was fast and the printer came packed in a wooden crate, shrinked wrapped, and surrounded in Styrofoam packaging. I am usually good with instructions but I was a little confused with the software. Good thing Allen and Jack helped me out and made sure I was able to print before leaving the phone with me. I am looking forward to being able to print my own images unlike before when i had to go get them printed by someone else for too much money. Best decision for me and my small business. ... show more
