After we installed the vented propane logs, soot covered the entire house. We had to get a professional cleaning service to clean our walls, ceiling, rugs, furniture, etc. I wouldn't even give it a one stat.

Item was not "like new". Three of the logs were broken in two. I was able to drill holes and wire them together. They look ok now but the condition should not have been stated as like new.

I did not use all the parts after all but I have them just in case. I tried to upload photo but it was not allowing me to. Sorry. Good buy!
