I ordered a NEW headset and received a used one with a bread tie around cord. Ordered from Savvy Sales. I could have ordered a used pair for half the cost. The headset works fine for WFH call center job. Does not work!! The caller I am talking to on the phone said she could not hear me but I thought it was just me not putting the microphone near my mouth. Wrong!!! These are great for working remote when you have other people in the room with you and you don't want everything they say being heard on your on-line meeting. I had tried basic gaming headsets, but they pickup every conversation in the room. With these I don't have to freak out if someone else in the room with me is also on a meeting. I thought the cord in between for quick disconnect headset was broken when used with my Apple computer ... I could hear popping and silence when it popped with the sound going in and out.
