5.0 out of 5 stars | Changed my worklife! Great for movement. But can be painful if you wear glasses.
Style: Single
I work from home full time on the computer and this has made my life so much healthier by not being so tethered to my desk. I can walk around and stay connected with multiple cell phones and my computer. I've had a couple odd things happen where it randomly drops, but it's not terrible. The range isn't great all the way down to my kitchen, but it doesn't matter b/c I can take my cell with me and stay connected. I stretch more and can wash dishes or do laundry while on some calls, and quickly unmute/mute. It reminds me I'm on mute when I try to start talking. The battery life is long, and I recommend getting the stand. It does hurt my head when I'm wearing glasses and the pressure for hours on end hurts. This is the ONLY one I could find with a decent mute function and all the bells and whistles I need. I like the comfort of the ear pads and headpad and quality of sound.

5.0 out of 5 stars | Works great, not nearly as hard to install as it would seem.
Style: Single
Installation appears to be intimidating, but it turns out to be easy once you tune into what the cradle lift does. To hook up the headphone, simply unplug your phone's headset and plug in a small wire that will connect both to the phone headset and the wireless transmitter. I stuck the wire to my phone using velcro (not supplied with kit). Plug the transmitter into the wall and you are done. Let it charge overnight. The cradle lift appears complicated, but it is not. It mounts (sticky pads) under the phone headset. Most new phones have their speaker phone/ringer under the headset. The cradle lift has a small microphone which seems important. They even supply a small wired microphone to mount if you phone's speaker phone/ringer is located elsewhere. The microphone lets you know when your phone is ringing. Perhaps you have left the room? When you press the button at the middle of your wireless headset, the device lifts the phone headset off its cradle and sends the audio through the wireless system. Leave it up while you use the wireless headset and press the center button again when you want to it turn off. Plantronics makes high quality equipment. This system seems to meet with their reputation.

5.0 out of 5 stars | Great for mobility and quality calls
Style: Single
CS520 is an Amazing product. Perfect for callers looking to focus on calls and minimize distractions. Great noise cancelation. Anything your ears hear in the room are not transmitted. Those landscapers might annoy you, but thankfully not your clients. Build quality is great and worth the difference in comparison to those cheap $50 headsets. Range is beyond exceptional. I can walk to other rooms 200ft away and answer calls through series of walls & floors. Sometimes I take calls outside! Its made me mobile while improving the quality of my calls and boosting productivity with free hands.

5.0 out of 5 stars | Good sound, good range, good comfort.
Style: Single
My fourth headset, but my first binaural. I expected good sound, but I was pleasantly surprised by the extended range and the comfort after an hour of wearing. I wear glasses, and many headsets (both telephone and music) become uncomfortable after a while, and these have not. Note that these have to be connected between a handset and its base. Also note that this is not automatic in any way; depending on your phone, you have have to remove the handset from its base and push a button before the headset will work. There are a few controls on the headset base that may need to be changed to make it compatible with your particular setup and needs.

5.0 out of 5 stars | This is the headset you are looking for
Style: Single
I grew up managing the family survey research firm, so I have used a lot of headsets. However, I have not been as happy with any of them, as I am with this one. The sound is astonishingly good, the noise cancellation is excellent. In my law office no one on the phone hears when my assistant comes into my office to tell me something. Noise cancellation is super important in a headset because a headset, is not a phone, it allows you to move around freely and talk without having to hold something up. The downside is that as you roam and talk, the person you are talking to can hear everything around you, unless you have noise cancellation, and the noise cancellation on this unit is amazing. I cannot stress how much of an advantage it is to have the headset binaural. I have been singing the praises of binaural headsets since I was a kid supervising survey research. hearing someone in both ears is a huge advantage with a telephone headset, because you use a telephone headset so you free your hands to do other things, and that means you are making noise. If you are making noise, it is less likely you miss something with sound coming in both ears, rather than one ear. The sound quality both incoming and outgoing are amazing. I have gotten zero complaints that someone cannot hear me, and I can always hear them, it is a perfect setup with the phone lifter. I am a lawyer who thought speaker phone was sufficient to free my hands, and I did not need one of these, because my survey research days were done. I was wrong. Speakerphone, no matter how expensive and good, does not sound like you are giving the client the priority that a regular phone makes it sound like you are. This headset sounds better than picking up the receiver, and my clients are all happy because they are not straining with a speaker phone, which also picks up every sound in the office, like typing notes as to what they are saying, or fiddling around with stuff on my desk, or pulling files.
