I have high arches and crazy leg issues, more than the average person. After walking and standing all day in a warehouse with concrete floors, these inserts have saved me. It takes a sec to get used to the high arch, but it takes only an hour to feel the difference and support I should have had for years. My legs would throb and ache every day. And the composite toe shoes? Forget about it!! But I haven’t had a day so far that my legs hurt. I feel like I’m bouncing more (must absorb shock), and I in turn have more energy at work and when I get home. Half of the tiredness must have been from the leg and feet fatigue. They do require some room (I half size up in my work shoes), so maybe don’t use these with very tight shoes. I am completely thankful I found these, and they’re well worth the price! Invest in yourself!!!

It’s quite severe so it actually hurt a little at first because my feet are really flat. But after a few day I’d never go back as it helps me do more without breaks for my feet and back

These soles are very good for arch support but they make my pinky and my front toes hurt after walking for a while. Maybe because I have long toes. Shoe size is 10 but I'm thinking imight have to start buying 10 1/2 Also I read in another comment that the heel of the foot slightly comes off place out of the shoe (I've experienced this with a different pair shoes) They're still food soles and I do feel the correct balance.

These insoles are good to help your feet, but beware. They are not for everyone or all activities. They do have hard plastic in them to support your arches. The prolong use at my job had my feet hurting for weeks. I can't wear them anymore. Consult with a physician first before slipping these in.

Son was getting REALLY bad pain in his feet when he started cross country. Athletic trainer suggested getting arch supports. Found these and they helped his pain immediately. He now also wears them in his everyday shoes and says it makes them more comfortable.

I’ve bought a couple different brands to compare for my shoes and the quality of these insoles is really great. It’s a little stiffer than some others so depending on what you need you could consider that. I did have to return these simply because every foot is different, and the arch seemed a little too close to my heel and didn’t feel comfortable. With Plantar Fascilitis, you’re looking for some kind of relief, if only temporary. Definitely worth the try-on though, as these are really nice.

I wanted to return this pair because on the right side only, it makes the ball of my foot and heel hurt. It also feels like my sock is wrinkled and causing more discomfort but, it’s not. I tried the insoles in different shoes and the problem follows the insole. Not a shoe or sock problem. I missed the window of opportunity to return to Amazon because I had back surgery and didn’t use them soon enough. I guess it’s my loss.

I bought multiple pairs of this insole I’ve Been using these for a few months now. My feet feel better . The arch is a little too close to the heel, the heel cup is good. Unfortunately they are noisy ! They squeak in my shoes , 3 different pairs you can hear me coming from a long distance. If I can find one that not noisy it would be perfect !
