They are good for short walks. But got blisters after a few 2-3 mile walks.

This insole is actually a bit uncomfortable at first then it loosens up a bit and is ok. It is not cushiony at all but it does relieve pain in the arches and keeps feet from getting that "tired" feeling. Make sure to get the right size.

I walk a lot! Even on purpose! 5 mile stretch last night. These “WalkHero” inserts are the best ever!! I also have ‘bouts with Plantar Faciitis, I’ve used many brands of inserts, some at more than double to triple the price of these. None have had the relief I now get from my “WalkHeros”. They appear well made! And unlike others I’ve tried that for more than double the cost, have to be cut and trimmed for sizing! How convenient for them….ack. These walk hero’s are sized to fit and fit perfectly into my Hokas. Can also be machine washed! Wow, what else can I say? ... show more
