I originally bought three pairs of Skechers Arch Fit shoes, thinking I was solving my arch support problem, but they actually caused major plantar fasciitis. To salvage the shoes, I swapped out the factory inserts for these WALK·HERO insoles — and within three days, the pain started fading away steadily. The arch support is very effective and feels like it’s actually doing its job. I had tried three other highly rated brands before these, and they either felt like nothing was there or were uncomfortable to wear with socks. These, however, work perfectly: the heel cup stays put, they slip into the shoe easily, and they feel solid and durable. I got my first pair on sale, but after seeing the results I bought two more pairs at full price without hesitation. There are tons of insole options out there, but these stand out as the only ones that really made a difference for my plantar fasciitis.

I purchased these today as I have osteoarthritis with neuropathy from a crush ankle injury. They fit comfortably in my Skechers Crocs and also with my women's slip on Skechers. This is just a temporary fix until I get to my appointment for a custom fit with a Podiatrist. But I can immediately feel the arch support on the damaged ankle. Unsure about the pain level as I take NSAIDs for the pain. The material feels light and support might not handle heavy use if you are an active jogger, walker or need them all day with shoes. All in all, 5 stars for the arch support, ease of fit and comfort at a reasonable price. Very pleased with the purchase. I did put another pair in my cart so I don't have to swap them out between shoes.

The orthotics have been great. They add great arch support to any pair of shoes. My only problem is with the brand label on the insoles - the vinyl slowly peeled off and stuck to my socks. I felt like I had something in my shoe all day.

My friend told me I need to get these inserts to help with my heel pain from plantar fasciitis and I'm glad I did. I've tried the off-the-shelf inserts with little success, but these really do what they say. First off, they are not comfortable. They are rigid, not very spongy, and at first glance seem like nothing special, but despite feeling like my arches are being pushed through my head, for the first time in months I was able to stand out of bed without searing pain. It only took two days of wearing these to reduce my pain by 80%, and I look forward to a full recovery. The best part about these inserts is that you can make your favorite style shoe turn into an ortho shoe. Have you seen ortho shoes?

I've been sucked in to the high stars and thousands of reviews before, and once again, I've tried semi-rigid arch support inserts and been disappointed yet again. I don't think the arch is too high, but it didn't quite hit the right area of my own arch, so in my test using one of these Walk-Hero supports in one shoe and one by Dr. Scholls in my other shoe, walking 1.5 miles to and from work, I found myself having to walk with a slightly unnatural foot placement in the shoe with these Walk-Hero inserts to avoid actually CAUSING arch strain with each passing step. I can't imagine that everyone's foot shape and arch shape are all the same, so it mystifies me that these inserts can make nearly 70K people this happy, and that there aren't more people who find they don't support quite right and since the arch is rigid, that it actually presses uncomfortably in the wrong shape/area of the arch. It seems obvious to me (again) that I'd have to get custom orthotics if I wanted a rigid arch that actually fits my arch. But am I to conclude that my foot arch is that odd? When I wear the soft cushioned foot inserts by other brands with cushioned arches, I have no such problems, my arches feel supported and fine. I think this is the last time I'll be lured by high ratings to trying another semi-rigid arch support insert!

Amazing product! I been suffering from pain for about 2 years now, missed out on so many family outings due to the pain! I just couldn't barely walk... it was debilitating and made my every day life miserable, I limped my way around in torment every step I took... but ever since I got this insoles...my pain its almost gone! I am amazed!! They feel great! But also super easy to transfer from shoe to shoe... they have LITERALLY changed my life! I feel stupid i didn't get them years ago! Never thought and insole could help with such deep pain! I recommend 100%

Bought new work shoes and they had no arch support what’s so ever, my arches would ache after only a few hours, when I first used the insoles the arch area felt a bit too bulky, but it settled after a while and felt just right, now I felt almost zero discomfort after my first shift in them, they saved me🙏

I picked up this insole to help with plantar fasciitis and it noticably adds solid arch support and cushion. I’ve noticed less heel pain when walking around for long days, which is a big win. The material feels sturdy and hasn’t flattened out after a few weeks, so durability seems good. That said, the fit was a little tricky. It runs slightly bulky, and trimming it down wasn’t as easy as advertised. Overall, a good budget-friendly option if you’re looking for relief and don’t mind experimenting with trimming down for a good fit.
