Best inserts I have found so far. My plantar fasciitis pain and arch pain are gone. I’ve been wearing these for close to a year and love love love them. Almost a year old and holding up like they are still brand new. Firm but comfortable support.

I actually like these, just wish they lasted longer. Only lasted me for 2 months. But they are good and offer decent support. For reference, I have flat feet and work on my feet for 8 hrs a day.

I’m a teacher and stand a lot during the day. Over time, my heels, arches, and balls of my feet had become so tender and painful. I’ve tried lots of shoes searching for the remedy in the cushioning. The cushioning of the sole or memory foam was always a temporary solution - even my Hokas. Once I started using these insoles in whatever tennis shoe I was wearing, my feet began to heal. There was a bit of a painful adjustment period because of the firm arch support, but only for a few days. But even that pain was so much better than what I was enduring without them. Since buying them about 6 months ago, it’s these insoles that I keep coming back to for true relief when my feet start aching again. I have one pair and move them to the shoes for the day. I use them in my Hokas, New Balance, and Skechers. I think I could probably start buying cheap $20 tennis shoes and as long as I used the insoles in them, my feet would be as comfortable as they would be in my $100 pair!

I love this product, and I have bought many pairs of it. However, depending on person’s weight, daily usage and walking habits products might perform differently. I am 6.1”, 225lbs, standard walk habits mainly office walk and within 3 to 5 months the cushion around the toes area was reduced by 30 to 40%. The heal and the arch seems to feel the same but it’s hard to visually see any changes in the structure. It easily dirts in my shoes and it is very comfortably specially, if your shoe is half size larger. I will continue buying this product with the hope that there will be more improvement, one potential technology improvement idea for the manufacturer is to have a wear out color marker which will indicate the end of the life cycle for the inserts once reaches the ineffective point. With that said, this has been a solid performing product for me.

I’m an ICU nurse and am on my feet a considerable portion of the day. I’ve been looking for insoles for my work shoes on the days I’m working longer shifts so I don’t go home with my legs aching. I decided to give these a try after all the positive reviews, but I’m finding that I needed to return these after two wears/ trials at work. The high arch feature is actually toward the heel of the foot- and after a 12 hour work shift made my feet hurt more than not having these in. They’re very thick as well, which made my heel slip out of my shoe a bit from the increase in height. They’re dense and hard- not quite as soft and forgiving as I expected & needed from a shoe insert. Unfortunately these are a return for me.
