The internal circuitry fried either on QC or missed some solders. Had a friend who has the same unit and plugged his in, worked. I got one made on a Friday at close apparently. Planet audio usually never lets me down until now.

Looks great in my truck and easy to install. Great sound HOWEVER, when streaming via BT, connecting to my moble phone music will play then pause then play then pause. It will begin streaming normally after that. At first I thought it was my phone but it did the same thing when connecting another phone. ALSO, randomly, the volume will increase by 1 on its own. After a while, it will increase again by 1. The remote control is not even being used. Would be nice to just get in my truck, connect automatically and play right off the bat. Maybe a software/firmware issue? ... show more

Bought for my daughter for Christmas. She didn't tell me until after she had installed it, but it wasn't an exact fit as they claimed it was. She said it took a lot of cutting to get this to fit. Dash looks like hell now but she loves the stereo.

very bad product. Since the first day, out of no where, i was driving and it kept shutting off, then i couldnt connect my phone again to the Bluetooth. It was so annoying. We even checked twice if all the cables were connected correctly and they were. It was just the stereo that was not working. Would not recommend this ... show more
