This amp is awesome my wife and I love it we got it connected to a 12 inch kicker and the bass it produces sounds truly perfect i read some reviews on here about this amp people saying it over heats easily and goes goes into protect mode now for those of you considering purchasing this amp its likely because people are putting in an area of their car where it cant breath meaning the heat is not able to disapate away from it properly i had another amp before this one under my seat and it would overheat our mechanic told me to take it out from under my seat have not had a problem since with heat i bought this one because i wanted a new one just because it gets warm of course but what amp that doesn't but this amp we have already been using it a good while its never once overheated and the sound quality is awesome and I would definitely recommend this amp its likely truly does its job every time my wife and I go rollin ... show more

This amp basically runs wo 6x9's in the front door of a single cab dodge ram. Part of a bigger system, but it sounds great and I'm running at less than 50%. Good amp for the money

Paired this with the Planet Audio PX10 driver, and put it in the BBox E10ST truck box, packed with about 1 cu ft of polyfil. The result is one of the best subs I have heard/tuned. Solid punch when the beat drops, to smooth bass guitar riffs, I am very happy with this combination. The amp was dialed in just under halfway on the output level. Where it matched to a 50w Kenwood KMM-BT322 head unit, with Polk DB652 drivers. Not a high watt system, but it delivers clear clean audio, on all frequencies. The Eq on the head unit really let's you dial in the sound stage. Always check ALL your connections. I suffered from qa poor ground wire situation, during installation, that appeared to a bad amp. ... show more

Nothing wrong with it, never overheated, worked well, built well, stored it under my seat and it stayed compact. I just like kickers amplifiers a little more, they’ve always been the reliable winner for me

Amp sounds great , definitely works with kicker 10 inch but the amp overheats fast and goes into protect mode. I put the amp near my ac and it blows cool air constantly but the amp overheats everytime

Jesus...okay I never write reviews usually...DO NOT BUY THIS AMP. It melted down tuning it in on TWO SONY XPLODES lol so if those subs will do it you can really go up in quality from explodes you do the math is it cheap yes will it make your subs work sure is it anything watt wise that it claims to be absolutely not I was attempting to replace a kicker dxa125.2 I bought it on clearance at Walmart for 22 dollars so don’t judge That amp is a third of the “claimed” watts and yet sounds better and run obviously cooler. this is all in a tj wrangler that I beat in the woods I will be returning this item and learned my lesson about getting what you pay for yet again ... show more
