  • LOW-PASS CROSSOVER: A low-pass filter is an electronic circuit that removes all the notes below the filter's frequency setting. A low-pass filter will primarily keep high notes out of your subwoofer(s)
  • VARIABLE BASS BOOST: Variable Bass Boost allows you to adjust the low bass within the boost range to just the way you like it
  • DIMENSIONS: The AC2500.1M is 14 inches in Depth, 10 inches in Width and 2.4 inches in Height. It can be installed in a variety of different places due to its slim and compact design

This is my second Planet Audio Amp. My first was 1500 watt Mono amp. It's still pushing 4 8" dvc subs without sweating in my Kenworth bigrig. I've got bigger subs and more power hungry subs that are being pushed by this 2nd amp. This looks is a good amp to start put with but I'd recommend upgrading is as soon as you can. It goes into protection mode after about 15 minutes of moderate volume use. Now this does however make my entire car rattle and sounds great but upgrade it if you can.

    • It over heats way fast
Over all the amp isn’t bad, it is different tuning wise and I only have one sub hooked up but it over heats really fast, like after one or two songs and I have it on top of two pieces of wood for air flow and a fan next to it and still doesn’t seem to help. Running 8 gauge wire for sub and 4 gauge for the power. Possibly go up a size for power wire? Idk but it should not be getting that hot that fast. Though the LED is nice ... show more

Can't complain, you get what you pay for. It looks great and works fine for subwoofer that are low dogs. Definitely overrated. Said it over 2000watt. Its 700 to 1000 watts. Unfortunately I'll have to return it because my subwoofer need more juice. I

I have owned all the big name brand audio, I am still running kickers in my old school. However, i installed this amp with two 10" planet audio subwoofers in my 2015 Silverado crew cab. I was hesitant at first about putting the system in so i said i will get something not so expensive just in case i didnt like them in my truck. With that being said i am very IMPRESSED with the performance of this setup. The subwoofers are clear and the amp does not run hot at all. If you are on the fence about getting this amp or any planet audio subwoofers than dont be, you will not be disappointed. ... show more

Just got this amp in the mail yesterday, 26MAR2013. Pushes my 2 10" sundown shallow mounts pretty good. Would not agree with the 1800 RMS rating as the fusing is small for supposedly pushing up to 2500 watts max. The connectors for power, ground, and wire out could be larger as well to support termination connectors but still solid connections. I like that you have to remove the side flares to connect as it protects the wiring. Overall, a good amp for the money. ... show more

    • love the amp best i ever had
Everything works great with the amp makes my kicker l7 hit it will sound even better once I get another one but dosent over heat clear sound and best amp I've ever had amp was bigger then the picture but it's worth it lol only thing wrong was the bass knob didn't work for some reason on the amp but u get a 1 year warranty with the amp incase anything happens to it ... show more
