I didn’t expect much from this amp when I bought it. I was big into car audio 15 years ago. I never quite got it right. I was constantly blowing up subwoofers and amps. Now today we have all the information needed in our pocket on our phone instead of having to read a booklet on every single piece of equipment we buy. So I’m running this amp with a Rockford fosgate prime r2(250w rms) at the moment in a box I built to exact specs for a sealed enclosure in my Ford F-150 xlt. It fits perfectly behind the seat. Of course I’m not getting the full power potential out of this amp but my under 200$ Set up sounds amazing. I love the bass boost remote. Feels well built and it looks great.     • Nice amp!
This amp looks nice, and feels well made in a fairly compact size. I went with the 1000 watt for my two 10” 300 watt rms subs wired to 2 ohms each. This amp powers they well and I don’t even have it turned up all the way. I can say I’m glad I didn’t go with the smaller 6 or 800 watt amp like I was contemplating.     • Sounds extremely nice, easy to hook up
Bass knob did NOT work when purchased new, but I have this amp running 2 12 inch 600w XXX in 1 single port box. Sounds extremely nice, easy to hook up, came with the allen wrench to take the cover plate off to hook up the wiring. Over all no complaints aside from the bass knob not working. Have been using this amp for about 7 months and have not had a single issue. Definitely would recommend to a friend. ... show more

    • High quality at such a low price.
This amp is so cheap compared to other name brand amps. I bought this amp for about 65 dollars but its worth a lot more. i have it hooked up to two 12 inch kicker subs (which i also got on amazon for extreamly cheap). it has different features on it, allowing you to set up your music how you like it. and it also has a port and comes with wires to hook up high freq. speakers. although it has no purpose the logos on the amp light up when powered on. This doesnt affect the quality but i personally think its a cool feature. And last but not least it comes with a cool little sub level control that allows you to control the volume of the sub itself without changing the volume of everything else. overall this was a good buy. if it ever goes out i will most likely spend my money on another one or one of the many other planet audio amps. ... show more

    • Wattage less than advertised
Overall rating would be five stars if the wattage was accurately listed. Product might be half of the RMS rating advertised. Barely enough wattage to power 2 skar EVL D4 6.5" woofers. The RMS rating for the 6.5s is 200 watts. Very disappointing. Definitely expect the actual RMS to be half of what is advertised by this company. The sound quality is OK, with little distortion. I purchased this product so I could run it safely at half power, but I have to run it completely maxed out in gain and bass boost just to get decent volume from my 6,5s. Again very disappointing. The company should advertise a RMS of no more than 100 watts per channel. ... show more

    • Sketchy purchase.
The Amp didnt work from the moment i got it. Im sure other people got lucky an theirs worked fine. Its just one of those life things that you get what you pay for sometimes.. This time it bite me trying to go budget.
