I initiated a return/replacement immediately and upon receipt of the replacement pair they were slightly less mis-shapen but still extremely loose to the point that they are impossible to wear for fear of losing the back/the whole ear ring falling out. Disappointed at this because it was a Christmas present for my wife. Just can't be bothered doing another replacement only to get an identical item in return. Don't bother with them.

These ear rings are Beautiful. The stone is really nice. But when they made these they didn't match one to the other. I bought these as a gift for my mother and gave them to here without examining them. One was longer than the other. Literally the gold that holds the stone was longer on one than the other. I was very disappointed to see them. But she chose to keep them instead of sending them back because that's what moms do.

I purchased these earrings for my wife's birthday. They are beautiful, but they have one big problem. After wearing the earrings one time, the jewel fell out of the setting. My wife felt bad, so she didn't tell me about the problem until just recently. I really think the stone is too heavy for the setting, which is extremely lightweight. I would think twice before purchasing this item. I purchased a necklace to go with the earrings, and they are quite satisfactory. Not sure it's the same company though.

Very poorly made. I wore these only twice and they came out of my ears both times and ended up loosing the back to one and the stone came out of the gold in the other. I will not trust this brand in the future either.

I purchased the lab-created sapphires. They are beautiful! One huge problem. The setting is way too high. What does this mean for you? I'll tell you. It means that the stone won't lay flat against your ear and may point downward instead. I have push the back of the earring on really tight to get these to stand up the way they should and it is uncomfortable. Other than the setting, I love them.
