While picks aren't as good as normal floss, the thing you'll use is always better than what you won't, so these are a great option for many and are good for me as backups or for travel. These are sturdier than your dollar store ones, but not as good as others out there. There's very mild ribbing on the pick end, not great for scraping tartar off the insides of teeth but it is there. The pick is too flimsy and too sharp. It bends after picking a few teeth and the narrow top doesn't help. It just needs to be small enough to thread a gap, this jabs gums while trying to do that. These are good at this price point but could use some small upgrades. I prefer the type with two strands of floss on the end and will be going back to those. The floss stays on the pick well. I've tried many varieties where the floss detaches too easily. ... show more

The bags are not like the listed pictures, which is the green and orange looking ones. They're the old bags. It's okay though. I still like them. I've been using these for years. I keep a bag of them in my car, purse, and on my desk. The flavor/taste is okay. Not strong. They tend to shred because my teeth are really close together and I guess, sharp in a way?
