With local retailers charging 10 to 15 times higher, these are a steal if you need more than a few. Open-circuit voltage of a sample unit measured 12.57V, and Best Before date is Dec 2025, which I hope to extend by storing at fridge temperature. Sadly, there seem to be few devices that still use these type 27A batteries, but if you have such devices, there's likely no better source for apparently good quality batteries.

These were delivered on January 25, 2024, and I placed them into my wireless doorbell. The doorbell has been taking a beating in the past nearly one month - due to many, many package deliveries to my house - and the doorbell still works loudly and clearly! So, thus far, I am very pleased! I'm 99% sure that the other brands's batteries would have died by now. Should I need more than one of these batteries in the near or far future, these are the ones that I'll buy.

I chose these as replacement batteries for a door chime at the office. It's slightly smaller than the battery it replaces, but works well as the voltage is the same (12 volt). As for life expectancy... so far the first one is working fine after a month of service... but because this comes with SO many (50 count), it will likely be quite a while before I need more batteries.

Like many others, I saw the "garage door remote" in the listing and didn't notice that these are thinner, bu the same length as the type A23 batteries used in many garage door remotes. In other 12-volt applications, these have usefulness and you get a ton of them for the price. At the low unit price, you can afford to always have a fresh battery in use.

I ordered this because I needed 2 replacement batteries in this size..now I have SO many more than I need. The batteries work well (and last) if you need this style/size of battery but I don't know many people who need this many of them. It's obviously a good value because they are not expensive but now I have too many batteries laying around. Next time I would look for a smaller set of them
