I like it but might suggest a couple of ideas to improve it. First, another three inches in length would make it faster. It’s as long as a large size pizza so has to be moved along in the cut to complete the slicing. Every slice. Second, the wood handles are unfinished. I sanded them and applied three coats of urethane to preserve the wood. Third, I feel that a more dramatic radius or arch would make this unit more effective in fully cutting the pizza. Best thing ever, I would give more stars if possible. I would advise cutting items on a cutting board or other flat surface. As we got it for pizza's and the cutter is not as effective while pizza is still on the pan. Great buy

It’s not very sharp and it doesn’t seem to cut in one good push. You really gotta rock it back and forth to get it to cut. Even after sharpening it seems to struggle. Not really sure why - guess I’ll use it anyway since I don’t really have anything else to use but still wish it was a bit more sharp. It’s easy to clean and use obviously but still... ... show more

The cutter is a traditional curved blade type. Holds its edge well. Had doubts about the wood handles but incredibly well made and firmly attached. Kudos on a reasonably priced utensil that's well made.

Overall I think this is a fine pizza cutter. I bought it for my husband who used to work at a pizza restaurant and cut pizzas with rocker blades every day for 10 years. His one complaint was that the inside where your hand goes (on top of the blade part but under the handles) is a little sharp. Other than that he says it is totally fine.
