Item was installed today. The motor hesitates and stutters when lowering the cable. It’s too late to return this item so it looks like I’m going to take a loss. Don’t want to have it lock up on me mid-air which seems likely.

We just installed this to remove our 5th wheel hitch from the back of our truck, the hitch is big and HEAVY! This lift works great!!! We bought the 3x3 square net to cradle the hitch as we lift it out and lift it down to a square furniture dolly. Works PERFECT!

Works good is good at pulling but cable got cought up inside winch and broke a couple strands of cable need to be careful handling the cable with broken sharp strands
