I bought a pair of these for my KTM 790 Adventure R. I was not happy with the level of grip or road feedback from the stock Metzler Karoo 3 tires. I do not ride off pavement except for forest service and county graded dirt/gravel roads. I almost never do any actual trail riding so I can't comment on the loose terrain or mud performance. For the riding I do, these were a great choice. They offer really good levels of grip on a variety of pavement types and give a lot of feedback when riding more aggressively. The braking on the front tire is exceptional, it really puts a lot of rubber down depite the agressive looking tread. On dirt and gravel there is a good ammount of traction at any speed that I feel comfortable riding, again front braking is especially good. The rear breaks loose in a predictable way, not a sudden loss of traction, just spins up according to the throttle for drifting through the kind of sweeping turns i enjoy. I also really like the look of the tires. Despite the great on road performance, they have a very ADV look. The blocks are deep like a hard terrain knobby, but the close spacing keeps the noise to a minimum and keeps them from wandering all over at highway speeds. Although Pirelli are never the best value brand, this pair has lasted 3500mi so far and does not have any more wear than I would expect at this point. Riding a motorcycle is dangerous enough without a tire that looks like it’s been buried in the backyard for years. Got charged a restocking fee for returning the pos. Bummer.

3yrs old tyres (2018) and they were made in China so i paid twice more the price. This price is meant to be fabricated in Italy
