I really liked the color and I love that it has a leather piece for part of the handle. It fit my baby well especially with the newborn inserts I felt it held his head better than other brands I’ve tried. The reason why I give it 1 M I’m star is because the sunshade keeps coming unhooked from the side and it’s pretty annoying to have to fix it just about every time we use it so that it locks in place. The other problem I have is the fabric is loose around the back edge of it and became untucked and we can’t figure out how to get it back to normal. This is also starting to become a safety problem as well because now there is extra fabric near my baby’s head when he is strapped to the seat. I don’t know if it’s just some sort of defect of mine or if it’s normal but I’m a bit disappointed as I paid a good amount for this to be a lot worse of a car seat than cheaper brands. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I loved this seat at first it was compatible with my stroller and I was so happy it’s the thing I splurged on for my baby/ me. Well my baby is finally here and I have been using this seat for a month and the foam on the seat is snapped! Absolute garbage product DO NOT BUY. If you are considering this car seat, do not buy it. DO NOT BUY IT. The glue holding the foam to the plastic frame came off after using it just a few times, the sun shade comes off whenever you try to open it. It is a piece of crap product and NO ONE SHOULD BUY IT. DO NOT BUY THIS item. The rest of the materials suck as well. They cheaped out everywhere - even the fabric that your baby will sit on is not breathable and feels cheap. You will use it a few times and then have to throw it away because it sucks and is crappily made out of crap materials. It feels cheap. It is cheap. It will not last you. And CUSTOMER SUPPORT IS NONEXISTENT. Just take your money and either light it on fire or buy a different car seat from a better company. This seat sucks. Stay away. ... show more

Pros- this car seat is aesthetically pleasing. It looks fancy with the brown leather handle, beige on black. It is light weight. It pairs good with my Joovy qool stroller. Cons- 1. The inside of the car seat is just a thick styrofoam layer inside a thin plastic shell. I’m not sure how this car seat could possibly protect a baby in the event of a crash. 2. The belts seem to tighten themselves and need to be readjusted nearly every time I put my baby in the car seat. The bottom belt that you pull to tighten the shoulder straps is extremely long and looks odd. 3. The MOST ANNOYING FEATURE the cover of this car seat just kind gets pushed down into the shell to “stay on”. There are no small strap with the little metal notches or ANYTHING to make this cover stay in place. The only part that has this thinner plastic material that slides into an open space is the part next to where the sun visor attaches in. The seat cover is constantly coming undone. The amount of excess cover to tuck in is non existent so it will continue to pop right back off. For this one reason alone, I would never buy this car seat again. 4. Detaching it from the base you need to use both hands and pull the lever pretty good to get it to let go. 5. The base only has one setting and no level to indicate if it is sitting properly or not. Even if it is not even you cannot adjust the base to any other height. 6. The base does not get a tight install where it does not move. I would not buy this car seat again. I wish I would have just paid the extra and bought a better quality car seat with the same appealing look. My baby is 9 months now, and I waited to write my review so I had used it almost a year. I can’t wait until she outgrows it so I can purchase something different. ... show more
