Good product. I purchased this to replace an existing Pioneer split system in my garage. This 24k btu unit cools my 36x30 garage nicely. The wifi makes it nice to set schedules. I wish the 1st one would've lasted more than 3yrs. I'm hoping this new one will last longer. I have 1 triple zone unit and 3 single zone at my house, been happy with them. Easy to install. This review is for jacks small engines and not for the mini split unit itself. Unfortunately, I never received mine. Beware when ordering from this third party. I did not receive my unit and I have an open claim currently with Amazon. YOU guys messed up our address, you sent out order worth over $1k to a wrong address in a completely different state! It was not delivered to the address we put on the amazon order. There should have been an address change to our correct address but you failed to do so many times. We have requested refund so many times and still have yet to see any of our money back. So we have no unit and you guys still have our money! Almost a month of trying to get resolution on this and still nothing! They also made a false response to my review left in seller feedback prior to leaving this review. We have more than enough proof stating the truth. Communicating with jacks small engines is nearly impossible. I just want my money back. ... show more
