    • You have to click the clear plastic clip, not the top of the pen to use

Love the pen but didn't realize it is designed to retract with the clear plastic clip instead of the top of the pen like most pens. At first I thought it was broken until I googled it and found a youtube video about the pen and how to retract and extend.
