These went on a ford escort zx2 and look very good. The fit was really tight and there is no way these will come off even on a rough country road like the one I live on. They didn't break the bank either. I highly recommend these wheel covers.

    • UPDATE: Save Money Over OEM Hubcaps

UPDATE: I have had these on my car for about a month now and they are already peeling and one even has a crack near the valve stem. I wash my car weekly and even wipe these down with a ceramic spray to keep them nice, however the silver finish peeling off is unacceptable. The barely lasted a month looking like new, despite how clean I keep them. I no longer recommend this brand of hubcap/wheel cover. These are a nice alternative to shelling out 100 bucks plus for OEM wheel covers/hubcaps. For everyone saying they fall off, you have to install them correctly. I get there isn’t instructions, but use your brains! Two bits of advice: 1.) There is a slight ‘curve’ in the metal installation ring- that goes where your valve stem is located. (The thingy that you blow air into to pump up your tires) 2.) the wheel cover has two mounting holes for that metal ring. Not all steel wheels are the same exact size, so try out both holes to get the ring adjusted to the correct size for your wheels. It should be tough to get them on, but not impossible. They have to stay on going down the highway, after all. ... show more

Going to directions helps but they aren't entirely clear. The Metal ring clips onto the INSIDES Of the tabs to keep them pushing outward. There is a specific opening In the plastic for the Tire valve.. The metal ring is bent down and back up again at that spot. If this is put together properly and then installed to accommodate that they don't break off. The difference in size is very minor but start with the smallest setting (thinnest piece of plastic between the ends) and go up from there I broke part of one tab before figuring it out and it holds just fine anyway. I broke two consecutive ones on another before figuring it out, and was able to repair them by first putting a guitar pick on either side of the base of the tab, then screwing the three together with a small screw after drilling a pilot hole, then supergluing the three as well. This provided enough flexibility to mount them, but not so much that they came off. One of the advantages of being a luthier, I suppose. So if you break them you can do something similar. I had the old boring black steel wheels. These were a quick and inexpensive upgrade that made the car look a LOT better immediately! ... show more

Tried to install on my1998 Nissan 200SX. Fit was tight. Tried to tap in with my rubber hammer and broke 2 of the caps installing them. I realized the inner wire retainer was too long and after I cut a 1/4 inch off the last two retainer rings the last two wheel covers installed perfectly. Hoping for replacements for the two broken caps. There were no instructions suggesting adjusting the length of the retainer ring of the fit was too tight (suggestion). The covers are attractive but think one of them will fall off due to several the broken plastic retainers. ... show more
