I expected at least a sizeable box for two queen pillows, what came was boxed wine size. ???? Upon opening, there was a pretty nice zippered canvas bag that I would have liked to keep. Forget it. Everything in this package is sphincter tight! There were two tightly wound plastic bags of obvious material. NOTHING that resembled pillows. Getting them out and saving the bag? forget it, just get your scissors. The plastic cocoons are so tight wrapped around the fabric I had a helluva time getting the scissor blade between plastic and fabric to make a cut. It took me 15 minutes to free and unwind each one and not without cuts in my new pillows. I'm still a bit bent about that. I was REALLY careful. It is just INSANE the packaging as you will see.... It's 3X shrink wrap! Once freed, they hardly look like the, 'Hotel Quality' promised. It gave instructions to beat hell outa them and, 'fluff'. Then, WAIT for 24 hrs. Hugh? Well, OK then. I did and was pretty surprised they actually came around to looking like pillows. Pretty soft too but after a night of sleep, they flattened out by half. Still comfortable but hardly the hotel poof. Still, not sure yet of long time endurance but for the price, it's fair I guess.

My husband gets hot while sleeping so I thought we could try these as he loves his pillows. He says these cases have really helped to keep him cooler, a great price, new pillows are so expensive. Fabric is light and I have wash them several times with them holding up. They are very will made and matched the size perfectly.
