The one thing I ran into was trying to download McAfee and finding out that Microsoft was in or has S2 and would not let me download it without having Microsoft take S2 off. What ever that means. The first thing I noticed is that the color was wrong. But the box said it was the right color so it must have been boxed wrong at the factory. Second thing is that it came with windows mode s. Which means I couldn’t download apps that they didn’t approve. Like YouTube. But they highly suggested ticktock which we are hearing is insecure. It is my first time with brand and I love it. The packaging and setup was easy and painless. One thing that surprised me was programs are a thing of the pass and windows run apps from the Microsoft App Store. Despite this it works flawlessly. It starts up fast and shuts down easy, the sleep mode and wake up works great. I use this for my office so no suggestion on how it works for gaming. Way worth it. ... show more

I think this laptop is a good bang for your buck. Not really impressed by the graphics, they look dull and not vivid. However it runs fast so far. I'll be using it for college. The battery lasts a decent while. It did come in S mode, but that was easy to get rid of.

Great speed. Quick start and fast loading. Easy to use out of the box. Unfortunately the touch screen required a lot of tweaking to get a decent picture quality. My device clearly showed signs of heavy use of the touch screen out of the box and it was not advertised as "refurbished". My last laptop was in use for five years and showed little sign of use even after five years of use so something is not right. ... show more

Bought pretty much on impulse. Needed a basic laptop as the Acer Spin5 I use has a power connection glitch. This machine did come with Windows 11 installed, but I just finished going through all the updates (about 6 or so) to get to the latest version of Windows 11, and it runs ok. Also went through a dozen driver updates and everything works ok. I was concerned about 8 megs of RAM being enough for the software I use, and it's not, apparently, as that software runs but crashes after a while. Also, 256 GB of ssd storage is not enough. However, both those things are pretty easy to upgrade. Screen optical quality is very lackluster & I have been trying to tweak that in Windows with not much luck. I like the touch screen, track pad, keyboard feel. I like the power connector, seems sturdy and that's important to me, as I have regularly killed laptop power connections. All in all, a pretty good deal for $385 + tax. ... show more

So far I like everything concerning the computer. Easy set up ,.touch screen, not to big not to small. Not as fast but what I use it for it is just fine. Great Price! and arrived earlier than expected. What more could I ask for.
