This is the BEST thing I have purchased to improve my health and mobility while toning up! This bar allows you to do all the movements that you would get at the gym without adding bulk to your body! After completing the included chart was sweating like crazy! After hours at the gym I have never felt all the muscles working that I did doing this full body work out. This product is AMAZING! All the different components make it super easy to work full body. The only negative would be that although you can adjust the straps, it still doesn’t go short enough for shorter folks. I’m 5, 2 and I can’t use it to do biceps while standing on the straps bc it doesn’t give enough resistance. I just have to do biceps with the door attachment. Overall … I love it and would totally recommend!

The media could not be loaded. Didn't know what to expect out of this. Never tried Pilates but also wanted to try it at my own pace and in the comfort of my own home. Everything but the wheels fits it the bag so it can be taken anywhere with you. Very lightweight and didn’t have high expectations at first about the resistance bands. But this is perfect, definitely recommend to buy this. You will get the best workout ever.
